Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Paypal or by credit/debit card. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and Paypal or your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

While we do our best to avoid it, occasionally we might make a mistake with available stock and so we reserve the right to cancel an item and refund in full.

Shipping And Handling Your purchase will usually be dispatched the business day following receipt of your order. UK orders should arrive within five days, international and North America orders should arrive within two weeks.

Shipping is £2.50 for UK orders and £6.50 for everywhere else including the USA.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security We use Paypal and Protx for payment processing, both of which are respected leaders in online payment processing and have extensive and fully reliable security systems in place. Your card details are never held in plain text on any computer.

Privacy Policy Princess Stores do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Your item may be returned for any reason within seven days of receipt. Please package carefully and return to:

Earrings may only be returned if they are still sealed in their original bag.
